Keel Notes Recorder Windows
Auto-records your Microsoft Teams meetings, then transcribes and summarises them into Keel Notes.
Install it once and forget it. When a Teams call starts, the recorder captures it (with consent), and your notes, transcript and action items appear in Keel Notes automatically. It runs quietly in your system tray.

Download & unzip
Save the zip and extract it anywhere — your Desktop is fine.

Run the installer
Right-click install.ps1 → Run with PowerShell. It sets everything up.
3️⃣
You’re done
It starts automatically and records your next Teams call. Notes land in Keel.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- Microsoft Teams (desktop app)
- Python 3.10+ — the installer offers to install it for you if it’s missing
- ~500 MB free disk for the transcription model
- An active Keel Notes subscription
Recording always asks for consent before it starts. You are in control — pause or stop any time from the tray.
